The Squiz is three months old this week! Whether you’ve been with us from the start or just signed up, thank you for your support.

This month we started asking people we know for their help in spreading the news about The Squiz. We’re not good at asking for help – yet another skill we’re learning!

We particularly want to thank Woolworths, BWS and Goodman Fielder for their support. They sent a note to their teams introducing The Squiz which brought us a great group of new subscribers – amazing. We’re going to keep at it, it’s incredible how generous people are if you just ask for assistance.

So, three things we’ve learned this month:

1. Slippers are an essential part of The Squiz. In fact, we have a pair for daytime and a pair for evening. Glamorous, huh?

2. We have discovered dry shampoo. This has been quite a revelation.

3. Reading online news all day every day has given us a hankering for a good old-fashioned book. We’re settling down with Shattered: Inside Hillary Clinton’s Doomed Campaign this long weekend. Hope it’s as good as people say it is.
