The Apple TV+ series Severance has us gripped. Starring Adam Scott (aka Leslie Knope’s love interest on Parks and Recreation), it’s a psychological thriller about a group of workers who choose to have their brains amended so their work beings don’t know who they are outside the office. It’s directed by Ben Stiller, and it’s a firm recommend. 

We bought a madeleine pan to give this recipe a go many moons ago. To explain, madeleines are a small cake that are a distinctive shell shape. And what’s great about these are they’re made with blue cheese, so perfect for an afternoon nibble. And who doesn’t need that every now and then?
