The idea for L’Arc de Triomphe, Wrapped might have been conceived by artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude in the 1960s, and both might now be dead, but some grand visions can’t be stopped. The iconic Paris landmark is set to be covered up with work starting on 18 September.
