September = footy finals and this weekend it’s all about the NRL semi-finals. The Manly Sea Eagles will play the Sydney Roosters tonight, while the Parramatta Eels take on the Penrith Panthers for a spot in the top 4 tomorrow night. You can find all the info here. Already through to the preliminary finals next weekend, the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Melbourne Storm. To rugby, and hopes are high that the Wallabies are on a roll in their next game against South Africa’s Springboks tomorrow night. And if that ain’t glamorous enough for you, AFL’s night of nights, the Brownlow Medal, is on Sunday night. Thanks to COVID, it’s virtual… Those in the know say Port Adelaide’s Ollie Wines and Melbourne’s Clayton Oliver are the top 2 contenders for the prize, which is awarded to the league’s best and fairest player.
