A power move against the prince

Prince Andrew’s alleged involvement in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking scandal is not a story that’s going to be relegated to the archives… Yesterday, alleged victim/Cairns resident Virginia Giuffre launched legal action against Queen Elizabeth’s 2nd eldest son, accusing him of sexually abusing her in 2001 when she was 17yo. She says Epstein – who died in August 2019 awaiting trial on federal child sex trafficking offences – flew her to New York when she was underage to have sex with Prince Andrew. Buckingham Palace has repeatedly denied Andrew’s involvement in the horrors perpetrated by Epstein, despite the pair being friends. Giuffre says she hopes the lawsuit will encourage more victims to speak out. As for Epstein’s girlfriend/fixer Ghislaine Maxwell, she is due to stand trial in November.
