Rescuers hurried to locate more survivors trapped under the rubble of fallen buildings before the Caribbean nation received another unwelcome visitor: Tropical Storm Grace. It has passed through bringing heavy rain – a dumping of up to 250mm​​ was expected over the quake-affected western region. That’s a little less than half of Adelaide’s annual rainfall… While Haiti has started receiving international aid, ongoing political unrest is complicating efforts, charities say.
