A woman was hit in the head multiple times before the attackers, who had smashed their way in with an axe, stole car keys, jewellery, a laptop and cash. She says 25 extra police officers will be based in the town for at least 11 weeks, with help from a second group of 10 SA Police officers assisting over the coming week.
