Świątek is the top seed and the favourite to win the trophy. As for the men, it’s a contest between Casper Ruud/Karen Khachanov (who beat Nick Kyrgios) and Carlos Alcaraz/Frances Tiafoe for Monday morning’s final. Spain’s 19yo Alcaraz is ranked highest, but he played an epic 5+ hours quarter-final match against Jannik Sinner yesterday. Yikes… As for the footy, it’s finals fever… The NRL starts the process with 2 elimination finals and 2 qualifying finals. And in the AFL, there are 2 matches in the round featuring Melbourne vs Brisbane tonight and Collingwood vs Fremantle tomorrow night. The winners advance and the losers end their season. No pressure…
